Shipping & Returns
We are pleased to offer deliveries Australia wide. Unfortunately international shipping is not available at this time.
We understand the importance of your order and aim to dispatch all deliveries as soon as possible. Online orders made before 12pm (AEST GMT+10) will be despatched on the same day. Orders made after that will be dispatched next working day. Our deliveries are sent during normal business hours for Australia (AEST) between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on the weekend/ public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For all deliveries made within Australia we offer FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS (no returns on sale items) and goods will be sent via courier with an expected delivery time of 1-2 days Australia wide. Delays are expected during the sales period, so for this reason we have extended the expected delivery time for sales items to 1-7 working days. Post Box addresses will be sent via Startrack and will take 1-5 working days for delivery. To guarantee your delivery, we suggest sending your package to a business address or somewhere where it will be occupied by a person between normal 9am-5pm (AEST) working hours. If the premises are unattended, a contact detail will be left to reschedule delivery.
Please ensure you provide us with your correct delivery address, including company name where necessary and contact phone number. Saxony cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
The details of your delivery will be available once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been sent out and provided with a link to track your package.
All online purchases are carefully wrapped and packaged, ready to send as a gift to a loved one or simply a gift to you.
Currency, Taxes and Duty
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency. (AUD$) All prices include Goods and Services Tax, (GST) and other taxes and duty where relevant.
Acceptance of the goods
Saxony takes great pride in our reputation for quality. The buyer is responsible for the inspection of goods before removing any attached swing tags. If in a rare case a fault does occur, please notify us in accordance with our Online Returns Policy.
We may not accept your order if:
- An item you have ordered is out of stock,
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or
- If we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. See the Returns policy below. We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. If we can't supply any item we will release and refund the funds being held in your account for the purchase.
All sale items are for final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. Please choose carefully.
Online Returns Policy
Saxony is committed to customer satisfaction and is pleased to offer free returns. If you receive any merchandise with a fault not caused by you, merchandise has been wrongly described or are different to the goods you have ordered, we would be happy to exchange or refund, either online or through any of our stores. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of sale with proof of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
If you wish to exchange your garments for a different style or size, simply fill out our returns slip enclosed with you order and contact us to organise a pick up. Once received, your garment will be refunded back onto your original payment method, and from there you will be able to repurchase your new garment on our website.

All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns/Exchange Form. This must be completed and sent with your return. Please include goods for return and send to below address.

Saxony Returns Department operates Monday – Friday during normal business hours for Australia (AEST GMT+10). Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your returned merchandise. Our friendly Customer Service Representative will get into contact with you once your transaction has been received and undergone a quality review process. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund at the cost of purchase back to your original payment method.
